be it resolved

since i've been locked in the house sewing collars for a good while now, i've exhausted my supply of good streaming tv shows. i'm up to date with all my regulars (there are toooo many) and even watched 1.5 entire seasons of "the good wife" on a whim. life in front of a computer screen with needle in hand is something i'm pretty fond of, but it can get a bit boring.

this afternoon while i was tirelessly stitching on hooks and eyes, i came across the most recent munk debate (and when i say "i came across" i really mean that nick started watching it across the room and i joined in). it was christopher hitchens vs. tony blair on the subject of religion as most of hitchen's debates tend to be. i'm not anti-blair in any way (though i do find his recent conversion to catholicism a bit strange) but hitchens schooled him for real. obviously good old hitch is much more accustomed to debating on this topic, but in my opinion he never fails to make his arguments fresh, interesting and clever.
