oh dear

Bad blogger once again. Back to school, work at the office and lots and lots of etsy work has been eating up my time like crazy. Oh, and I was in England for two weeks as well! I'll get around to posting a few photos from my trip sometime soon, but for now I wanted to make a quick post about some new collars in the etsy shop now. I was lucky enough to visit Liberty of London during my excursion abroad which is just about the most overwhelmingly lovely place in the world. Despite the pricey (and rightfully so!) nature of their fabrics, I was able to scrounge up enough cash for a half metre of three different prints. I've used two to make collars so far and the third I'm saving for something special ;)

Here are the limited edition Liberty of London collars available right now at young captive:

detachable peter pan collar - ikat liberty print

detachable peter pan collar - Liberty roses

oh yeah, and somewhere in between those two photos i gave up on growing out my bangs. ha!

Those are such lovely collars, going to Libertys is my favourite thing, especially at Christmas time. It's a fairyland in there!

seriously! i'd been once before but hadn't felt up to spending 18 pounds on a metre of fabric..but this time i just couldn't help myself! perusing the clothes in there is enough to make me contemplate bank robbery..
